I’ve made salmon many times before, but this was definitely one of the best results. The salmon skin was extra crispy and cooked just right! I roasted some potatoes in the oven and added some green with the sugar snap peas. And I always eat salmon with lemon wedges!

The images I took of this dish turned out to be some of my favorite that I have taken so far, especially the flatlay image. I am going to be working on adding more details into each picture in the future so the eye has more lines to follow in the image.
